The new MFC multi-format carton erector from Lantech processes various carton sizes and is suitable for use in logistics centres and e-commerce companies.

The MFC multi-format carton erector has up to four separately configurable blank magazines that can be filled during operation. Different carton sizes can therefore be erected on one machine without changeovers and production interruptions. The packaging flexibility gained in this way helps to keep shipping costs low, as there are always Suitable, volume-reduced cartons are created.

Save valuable space in production

What's more, the new carton erector is also a Space-saving solution. Compared to the alternative use of several conventional carton erectors, the MFC from Lantech requires significantly less floor space. The centralised output point for the cartons means further space savings, as several conveyor belts do not have to be brought together to form an output system.

The system can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines. It can process cartons ranging in size from 200 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm to 620 mm x 450 mm x 650 mm and also a Adaptation to unusual carton dimensions is possible. There is a choice between adhesive tape or hot glue for sealing. The throughput speed is up to 18 cartons per minute.
