Helen Lane will take over as CEO of CHEP Europe with effect from 11 November 2024. She succeeds David Cuenca, who has been appointed CEO of CHEP North America. Lane brings extensive experience from her many years in various management positions at Brambles.
CHEP has announced the appointment of Helen Lane as the new CEO for the European business. The decision reflects her many years of experience at Brambles, CHEP's parent company, as well as her success in the areas of digitalisation and strategy development. Since joining Brambles in 2003, Lane has held the following positions Numerous management positions, including as Vice President for CHEP Northern Europe, where she was responsible for business in the UK and Ireland until 2021. In recent years, she has focussed as Chief Data and Digital Officer on digitalisation and corporate strategy.

According to Graham Chipchase, CEO of Brambles, Lane's extensive experience and leadership skills make her ideally suited to lead CHEP Europe in a phase of growth and transformation. He emphasised its decisive role in the implementation of a customer-oriented, digitally focused corporate strategy, which brought about significant improvements in the operating business.
