Constantia Flexibles has appointed David Spratt as the new CEO. He will take office on 1 January 2025 and succeeds Uwe Röhrhoff, who has served as interim CEO since September 2024.

David Spratt
David Spratt brings more than 24 years of experience in the packaging industry. Prior to his appointment, he was CEO of Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe and previously held senior positions at Amcor, where he was responsible for the snacks, confectionery, food and healthcare businesses. His responsibilities also included M&A projects and strategy development.

With the handover to Spratt, Uwe Röhrhoff, who has held the position on an interim basis since September 2024, will return to the Supervisory Board of Constantia Flexibles.
