The company Lott-Lacke from Herford has put a new coating system into operation that enables the coating of any type of film using the roll-to-roll process with radiation-curing lacquers.

The new roll-to-roll coating system from Lott-Lacke in Herford is a unique selling point in the European paint manufacturing industry. With this the coating of films in a roll-to-roll process with radiation-curing lacquers possible. The system operates at a speed of up to 200 metres per minute.

Solder varnishes can now use the new system to Recreate the customer's processes 1:1 in-house and customise the in-house paints perfectly and quickly. This leads to improved quality assurance with simultaneous time and cost savings for the customer.

The service is also being expanded and the new machine is now also being used for innovative tests. Customers can thus optimise their products and test new properties in collaboration with the developers, and achieve a competitive advantage with these enhanced products.
