RATIONATOR Maschinenbau GmbH will be presenting new technologies for efficient bottle handling at FACHPACK in Nuremberg. The focus will be on a modern generation of control systems and solutions for agile production lines.
RATIONATOR Maschinenbau GmbH will be presenting innovations in the field of bottle unscrambling, filling and capping machines from 23 to 25 September 2025 (Hall 2, Stand 2-230). The company is relying on its proven RATILIGHT puck system, which enables flexible production processes for different container sizes.
The highlight is the newly developed IPC control generation, which, according to RATIONATOR, is equipped with a particularly intuitive user interface and smart assistance systems. Features such as RATIPUCK Speed Control make it easier to adjust the line speed, new tools shorten and secure the format change.
For the first time, the company will also be showcasing solutions that have been optimised for smaller batches and frequently changing formats. These are primarily intended to support producers with a high number of variants in their lines and offer more flexibility while maintaining process reliability.
