The exclusive use of consumables such as paper and adhesive creates a waste-free production. The real innovation of the GLU|ECO series lies in the new application technology. The Residue-free label application enables perfect packaging design. This enables producers to achieve the often difficult balancing act between marketing demands and the reduction of unit costs. The machine's self-cleaning programme completes the holistic idea of the machine concept.

Langguth has also shown inventiveness in the design of a high-speed leveller that can be used on all machines. Integrated with the latest camera technology, this enables the Alignment of packaging for a Targeted label application. Where previously several lines or complex machines were necessary, the new aligner offers a highly flexible function that creates new possibilities for producers' packaging design.
The integration of printing technologies increases flexibility of use and allows producers to free themselves from the tight corset of labelling regulations, while at the same time offering extended packaging design options.
