Wulf Bunzel took over the management of Nilfisk GmbH in Germany on 1 March. The company, which produces cleaning equipment, wants to focus on the customer experience and strengthen the German market.

On the agenda of the experienced manager is therefore the entrepreneurial and Sales reorganisation in the direction of customer orientation and proximity. The first investments in Germany include the opening of two new competence centres with the aim of bringing advice, support and excellent service closer to customers and employees and actively driving the development of the market.
Wulf Bunzel began his professional career in 1984 with a career as a telecommunications officer and a degree in electrical engineering and electronics at the Officers' College in Zittau. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, he began a sales career at Intercom LSB GmbH. From 1993 to 2002, he worked as Global Account Manager in the international key account business at the IT and telecommunications equipment supplier Nortel Networks. Wulf Bunzel then moved to the ICT system integrator DeTeWe Communications GmbH, where he held a management position until 2015, initially in charge of the Converged Solutions division and later for the key account business.
In his last station before joining the Nilfisk-organisation, Bunzel worked at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH from 2016 to 2024 - initially as Sales Director and from 2020 as General Manager for the operational business of the Security division in the southern half of Germany. In this role, he consistently focussed his area of responsibility on the needs and structures of his customers and built up the service business over the long term. By joining the Bellenberg-based cleaning equipment specialist Nilfisk, Wulf Bunzel is taking up his dream job - in a healthy, medium-sized company where he can make a big difference.
