Karl Knauer is also starting the new year 2024 with a new management team. Michael Deronja is leaving the company as Managing Director. Nicki Eberle and Marco Manna will manage the company together with Stefanie Wieckenberg.
Managing Director Michael Deronja, who had previously managed the company together with Stefanie Wieckenberg, granddaughter of company founder Karl Knauer, left the company at the end of the year for personal reasons and returned to his home country. „I would like to thank Mr Deronja warmly for his commitment and wish him all the best for his personal future,“ said Managing Partner Stefanie Wieckenberg at Deronja's farewell.
He was replaced by two colleagues, Nicki Eberle and Marco Manna. 3-member management team appointed. Eberle has been with the company since October 2022. Karl Knauer and has worked as Head of Production ever since. As Managing Director, he will be responsible for all technical areas of the company in future. Marco Manna has been employed at Karl Knauer as Head of Human Resources and Finance/Controlling since July 2020 and will take on the role of Commercial Managing Director in the management team with immediate effect. „I am looking forward to working with Mr Manna and Mr Eberle and am sure that the three of us will continue to successfully lead our family business,“ says Wieckenberg.
