Omron Electronics, a specialist in the field of industrial automation, has appointed Dr Klaus Kluger as its new Managing Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Prior to his appointment, Dr Kluger was Managing Director Europe and Vice President Business Development for Adept Technology Inc; later for Omron Adept Technologies Inc.

In addition to his position at Omron, Dr Kluger is an honorary board member of the VDMA Robotics Association. He holds a degree in chemistry and a doctorate in physical chemistry from the University of Düsseldorf.
