Valco Melton has redesigned its well-known melter and, with the new Kube, offers a more functional and energy-efficient system that is intended to ensure more sustainable operation.

The new Kube melter improves energy efficiency by optimising the heating process. Thanks to improved insulation the new cube minimises energy losses to the environment. This in turn leads to economic savings and more sustainable operation.

The Kube is fully compatible with other standards on the market and has up to eight outputs with simple electrical and hydraulic connections to peripheral devices for greater flexibility. Its design includes different sizes and melting capacities, and therefore offers the best configuration for each production process. In addition, the device has a fully integrated, automatic adhesive feed system that optimises the dwell time of the adhesive in the tank.

Optimise adhesive quantity

As an option, the revised monitoring system FlexFlow the total adhesive consumption in order to avoid deviations from the target values and optimise the amount of adhesive per product.

The new Kube melter from Valco Melton can work with VMConnect: With this upgrade, via an authorised connection certain operating parameters can be monitored via the KubeCloud, to proactively suggest recommended maintenance work and thus avoid unprogrammed downtimes.
