New network aims to strengthen SMEs

The VDMA Robotics + Automation Association is cooperating with the start-up platform „GO2automation“ from andugo. Small and medium-sized companies in particular should benefit from AI-supported platform networking.   

According to the two partners, the partnership is „an important milestone in actively shaping the platform economy in the B2B sector“. Together, VDMA Robotics + Automation and the start-up platform „GO2automation“ want to support the competitiveness of market participants of all sizes in a wide range of industries - users, suppliers and system integrators.

„We take companies by the hand on the path to the smart production of the future and offer small and medium-sized companies in particular a Practical possibility, to tap into the opportunities of automation step by step. The specialised suppliers registered here are among the top league in robotics and automation, both in Germany and internationally,“ says Patrick Schwarzkopf, Managing Director VDMA Robotics + Automation. Dirk Engelbrecht, CEO of andugo GmbH, explains that as a knowledge and expert database, the company specialises in making the automation of manufacturing processes significantly more effective: „Interested companies can find the right information at the GO2automation platform more customised, more cost-effective and faster to project success than with traditional approaches.“
