Bericap has invested in a new plant at its headquarters in Kunshan, China. The company wants to increase production capacity and guarantee customer service and product logistics.

In order to fulfil customer requirements even more efficiently, Bericap will bring the site up to date and expand the Increase production capacity by 50 per cent. For the world's leading manufacturer of plastic and aluminium closures, this is the next milestone in its international growth strategy, which ensures a local presence and short distances for customer service and product logistics. The company's customers in China include major manufacturers of cooking oil, soya sauces and vinegar as well as the beverage and automotive industries.

The contract was recently signed with the representatives of the Kunshan Development Zone, thus laying the foundation stone for the construction of a new building in Kunshan, which will begin this year. Bericap wants the Start production at the new plant in 2027.
