New production plant for injection moulding machines

Tederic Machinery has opened its new headquarters in Hangzhou, China, and its 4.0 Smart Factory. A new production plant was also inaugurated in Jiaxing, China. The production facilities can manufacture up to 8,000 injection moulding machines per year.

The capacity of the ‚4.0 Smart Factory‘ in Hangzhou is limited to the Production of up to 3,000 electric injection moulding machines the Tederic ‚NEO series‘ (NEO-E) in the range from 60 to 1,400 tonnes. Production and delivery processes were also improved at the new production plant in Jiaxing (China). This plant has a production capacity of up to 5,000 hydraulic two-platen and knuckle-joint injection moulding machines (NEO-H, NEO-M and NEO-T) with clamping forces of 90 to 5,500 tonnes on an area of over 164,000 square metres.
