At BrauBeviale, Tomra presented the first Multi-feed reverse vending machine with glass and crate return. The new machine takes back all containers on the market (PET, aluminium, glass and crates).

With the new Tomra R2 reverse vending machine, customers can use both larger quantities of bottles and cans as well as crates of drinks at the same time return. This makes it the first multi-feed reverse vending machine that takes back all containers on the market - PET, aluminium, glass and crates - quickly and conveniently.

The Tomra R2 with glass and crate return is characterised by its new technology, good compatibility and an innovative design and differs from all previous reverse vending machines on the market.

Quick and easy deposit return

Thanks to the multi-feed function, customers can Throw in all empties at once. An intuitive, illuminated touchscreen guides you through the process. Simply press „Start“, insert and finalise with „Deposit voucher received“ - without the hassle of entering empties individually.

With its minimalist, wall-mounted concept, the Tomra R2 Suitable for a wide range of retail environments. Access for maintenance and cleaning is from the rear, which reduces the workload on shop staff and ensures smooth operation. User-optimised design

Tactile surfaces and a high-contrast user interface improve usability for people with visual impairments. Optional QR codes also support simple and hygienic use via smartphones.

With the „Drop-and-Go“ function, customers can complete the return process without having to wait for the end of processing. The Deposit receipt is sent directly to the smartphone sent.
