Polar is presenting a new system die cutter at the Label Day in Wiesloch. The DCC-12 die cutter enables remote maintenance and remote diagnostics, achieves a higher output with an increase in production and is therefore also suitable for dual use.
The DCC-12 counter-pressure die-cutter was developed for the highly automated inline production of bundled die-cut labels made from compressible plastic materials and is the fastest system on the market. The system will now be presented on 25 April in Wiesloch at Heidelberg Printing Machines will be presented. In addition, a demo appointment can also be arranged outside of the event, both live and remotely.
The new DCC-12 achieves an output of 10 cycles per minute thanks to the productivity increase of 25%. Optimised HMI software and a capacitive 4c colour display make operation easier. The die cutter is capable of, Label packs can be handled without cardboard, so the waste is pure mono-material and can be optimally recycled. Thanks to the ventilation of the punching dies, the waste can be extracted directly, meaning that even acute-angled shapes at 90° can be punched without any problems.
