With the support of Systalen PCR recyclates from Der Grüne Punkt, injection moulding machine manufacturer Ferromatik Milacron will be presenting its latest injection moulding technology at Fakuma 2023. The machine will be producing a storage container with a shot weight of 935 g live on the stand.

The servo-hydraulic two-platen machine impresses with clamping forces from 4,500 kN to 11,000 kN and a number of innovations, including an intuitive control and an extended ejector access for a quick mould change and high productivity.

„The M-series not only shows good performance potential, but also scores with a compact footprint and high closing speeds.“

At the same time, Systalen offers a sustainable alternative to new plastic made from crude oil: „Systalen PP saves more than 50 per cent of greenhouse gas emissions compared to virgin material. The circular economy and climate protection go hand in hand here - with impressive product quality,“ continues Deppmeyer.
