New HMI (Human Machine Interface) technologies, software tools and sensor technology herald the future age of highly efficient packaging processes and comprehensive life cycle management. The „Mission Total Care“ can be experienced at Optima's interpack stand this year with a multimedia shuttle on a futuristic journey. New machine solutions, turnkey systems and „Project ZERO“ will also be on display.

For high hygiene requirements in the cosmetics industry, the Optima Moduline shown with Laminar Flow pressurised. A 2-phase filling module doses the liquid, immiscible product components into one container each. The six-position filling unit can also be operated „conventionally“. In combination with the torque-accurate capper, an output of up to 120 containers/min. is achieved.

Pioneering work with „Project ZERO“

The technology of the future heralds a new era of production flexibility for paper hygiene packaging. With optimised format changeover time, A new stacker for femcare products and a completely modular platform, this machine from Optima Nonwowens adapts perfectly to requirements. The operator specifies the designs and data and the machine does the rest. The different types of packaging are produced „inline“. In addition, new sensor technology leads to a further significant increase in process stability. Project Zero is forward-looking.

Rapid market launch for coffee capsules & co

Optima Consumer offers entry-level solutions through to high-end machines and Turnkey solutions z. e.g. for coffee capsules. The new Optima CFR is compact, efficient and flexible. Pre-configured for compatible capsules, the rotary machine is available with a starter kit on request. The decisive advantage of this new package is the immediate start of production and the short time to market. The company offers complete high-performance production lines for beverage capsules from depalletising the packaging material to palletising the finished products packed in shipping cartons from its own portfolio. This makes Optima the only manufacturer of complete lines for beverage capsules.
