Packaging by Quadient fills sales position

Packaging by Quadient, formerly Neopost, filled the position of International Senior Sales Manager DACH with industrial engineer Claus Weigel on 1 April.

Packaging by Quadient, formerly Neopost, filled the position of International Senior Sales Manager DACH with industrial engineer Claus Weigel on 1 April.

Claus Weigel (53) the Sales activities of the French packaging technology provider in German-speaking countries. The focus will be on expanding the structures, the network and business with the automated packaging systems CVP Impack and CVP Everest. The latter was recently launched on the market.

„We are delighted to have gained an expert for sales in Claus Weigel, who has a wealth of experience in both the CEP sector and intralogistics. He is an asset to our European sales team and will drive growth in the German-speaking region,” emphasises Richard Nijboer, Director of Sales and Operations at Packaging by Quadient.

Weigel studied Industrial engineering in Karlsruhe and gained professional experience at the mechanical engineering company Eisenmann and the publishing house Reader's Digest, among others. In 2001 he started his career at Deutsche Post DHL, where he most recently worked as a Head of Strategic Partner Management was active.
