David Ekberg has been the new Head of the Packaging Solutions division and a member of the Group Leadership Team at Stora Enso since 1 April.
Since December 2019, Ekberg had already held the position of deputy manager in the past. Within the Packaging Solutions division, he previously headed the Corrugated Nordics business unit. Before he 2017 to Stora Enso he held several management positions at Climeon and Ericsson.

As of 1 January 2020, Stora Enso has Containerboard business with the Consumer Board division merged and a new Department for packaging materials was created. The remaining business in the Packaging Solutions division, together with the recently created business unit Formed fibre a more focussed Packaging Solutions Division.
