Packsize has appointed Philipp Venjakob as Vice President European Sales. In this role, he will be responsible for market development and the expansion of customer relationships in Europe, as well as managing the European sales organisation.
Venjakob has been with Packsize for more than ten years and has held various management positions in sales and operations in Europe. In his new role, he will be responsible for the entire European sales organisation. In addition, Venjakob will develop market development concepts for the core European markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe, the Nordic countries, the UK, the Iberian Peninsula, France and Italy, as well as coordinating customer support.
In recent years, Venjakob has played a central role in the development of Packsize's European business. Venjakob was also instrumental in the regional merger following the acquisition of the Dutch supplier of automated packaging systems Sparck Technologies. He supported the integration of the European business units and drove investment in long-term customer relationships.
Venjakob has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Academy in Melle and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts. His technical training laid the foundation for his work in the packaging and automation industry.
The appointment of Philipp Venjakob and the relocation of the European headquarters to Amsterdam underline Packsize's growth strategy in Europe. Venjakob will take up his new position on 1 January 2026.
