Paki rolls out the e-voucher in 25 European countries. With the digital pallet voucher, which can be used throughout Europe, Paki is establishing a more efficient standard for pallet voucher management in the market, enabling faster processes and thus savings of up to 50 per cent.
This is made possible by a Digitised pallet note managementwhich now also enables real-time credit notes so that these can be viewed in the pallet account immediately after issue at the ramp. The Real-time credit eliminates the need for printouts and transfers or the processing of pallet notes, and processing at the ramp is shortened by ten minutes.

To be able to issue and redeem the digital pallet vouchers or forward them to third parties, you simply open an account with Paki. If, for example, a freight forwarder delivers goods to the retail warehouse, they can ask for an e-voucher there and the voucher is issued directly on site using the online tool.
Cost reduction with online management
The e-voucher enables considerable cost savings, as physical documents no longer need to be issued and entered manually in the pallet departments. Sending vouchers by post or email is also no longer necessary thanks to real-time crediting. Studies by Paki have shown that Up to 50 per cent less time spent on administration in the pallet department or scheduling.
On-site processing at goods receipt is reduced to a third of the time, namely five instead of 15 minutes. Pallet management using e-vouchers also saves empty runs and therefore fuel and CO2 emissions.
