
Cabka launches the Pallet Box 2.0 onto the market. The plastic load carriers enable simple and secure stacking with a new stacking fixation and are also suitable for use in confined spaces.
The Pallet Box 2.0 is designed to make work easier for logistics staff. The load carrier is designed for a stacking height of up to seven units and a stacking load of up to 7,000 kilograms in the warehouse. It can carry up to 1,000 kilograms in high-bay warehouses and up to 2,000 kilograms during transport. Cabka has customised the Pallet Box 2.0 to make it to make them even more robust for long-term use.
The reinforced walls in the lower part of the load carrier ensure high impact resistance and make it easier to transport the box with a forklift truck. Eight special anti-slip plugs under the base prevent it from slipping on the fork. The Pallet Box 2.0 is designed for the Designed for use in automated systems. The Pallet Box 2.0 is designed for temperatures between -30 and +50 degrees Celsius and enables the Hygienic storage of milk, fish, meat, vegetables or animal feed. Another advantage: the easy-to-clean plastic boxes do not need to be additionally lined. For applications without food contact, such as in waste management, the company recommends a version made from recycled plastic.
All variants of the Pallet Box 2.0 are Fully recyclable: Cabka can return them to the material cycle at the end of their useful life. The four different models of the load carrier are produced in Belgium - for short transport routes to customers in Germany, the UK, the Benelux countries and France.
