As a PE single-material solution, the new Monoline vacuum bag from Allfo is not only easy to recycle, but also offers a wide range of packaging options. Whether vegetables, cheese, fish, meat and sausage products or convenience products - it offers maximum product protection and the best barrier properties for a wide variety of foods.
The innovative Monoline bag uses less than five per cent EVOH and is therefore considered a PE mono-material solution. This is because it is recognised as recyclable in the EU, the new vacuum bag fits seamlessly into the recycling cycle. Mono-material bags therefore facilitate recycling and support a resource-saving circular economy in the food and packaging industry.

With its film structure of PE-MOD, bonding agent and PE-EVOH, the 100μ-thick vacuum bag offers excellent barrier properties and a high level of protection. reliably protects the packaged food from moisture and oxygen. It preserves the flavour and freshness of vegetables, cheese, meat, sausage, fish and convenience products.
The sealed edge bag also impresses with good mechanical properties such as puncture resistance, flexibility and optimum sealability. It offers high machinability and is suitable for use on all standard vacuum chamber machines.
Extensive range
Monoline is available as a 3-sided sealed edge pouch in 100µ thickness. It is available in as a transparent vacuum bag or in a printed version (10C Flexo), completely customised according to the customer's requirements and wishes. Allfo offers the mono-material bag in five different sizes as standard: from the smallest version with 150 x 200 mm to the largest version with 400 x 600 mm.
