After three years, founder and CEO Bengt Schmidt is leaving PlastiVation. The position of Managing Director is to be filled internally and PlastiVation will continue to operate as an independent part of Tederic Machinery following a change in shareholders.
Bengt Schmidt is leaving the company as part of a change in ownership. „Three great years lie behind us. I am very proud of the fact that we have developed from a mechanical engineering start-up founded on 29 March 2021 to a well-respected and successful company today. established companies in the plastics industry which is held in high regard by customers, business partners, market observers and the competition. After this intensive period, I have decided to in the course of the change of our shareholders or the new owner PlastiVation to withdraw from the company.“
