CPH Group AG has successfully completed the acquisition of LOG Pharma with sites in Israel and Hungary. The acquisition strengthens the company's global market position in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.

CPH Group AG announced that the acquisition of LOG Pharma, which was announced on 4 December 2024, has been successfully completed. LOG Pharma will be integrated into the Packaging Division of Perlen Packaging, but will retain its existing brand name.

Strengthening the global market position

The acquisition expands the CPH Group's presence in Israel and Hungary and strengthens its position in growth regions in the pharmaceutical packaging sector. With this acquisition, Perlen Packaging is adding vials and containers as complementary primary pharmaceutical packaging to its product portfolio.
