Training via VR application

A highlight from Bosch's Industry 4.0 portfolio will be presented on the ALF 5000 filling and closing machine for vials and ampoules: a virtual reality (VR) application for training purposes.

„With the VR glasses, operators can practise changing format parts, for example, without having to use the cleanroom,“ explains Tobias Göttler, Product Manager at Bosch Packaging Technology. „With the training courses, we support our customers in expanding their system knowledge without great effort.“

The VR training service is not limited to the ALF 5000, but can also be applied to other Bosch Packaging Technology systems.

Experience filling technology live

Also on show live is a customer line for the Aseptic filling of biopharmaceuticals. The special feature of the line is the integrated robots, which reduce the need for manual glove handling and germ count monitoring. Developed in collaboration with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, the line enables flexible use of packaging materials with quick format changes and ensures precise, safe and clean handling of the containers.
