Awantys, a provider of primary packaging solutions for perfumes and skincare products, has been awarded a platinum medal by the sustainability rating agency EcoVadis. This puts the company in the top 1 per cent of certified companies worldwide in the area of sustainability.
Awantys GmbH has achieved a sustainability rating of EcoVadis the highest award in platinum. With this rating, Awantys is among the top 1 per cent of certified companies worldwide and was able to increase its Increase sustainability performance to 86 out of 100 points.
The EcoVadis platinum medal recognises the company's strong Commitment to environmentally friendly production practices, ethical business behaviour and social responsibility along the entire supply chain. Awantys received the award following a comprehensive audit in the categories of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
