At Fachpack in September, Robatech will be presenting adhesive application systems that ensure precision and reliability. The company also offers a small melter for simple applications with low adhesive consumption.
The Vision melter in combination with the Performa heated hose and the Volta electric application head is Robatechs flagship and stands for the highest Process reliability and precision when gluing primary and secondary packaging. The energy-efficient melter reliably keeps the adhesive viscosity constant and ensures a stable adhesive pressure. The fully insulated Performa heated hose conveys the adhesive to the application head with as little heat loss as possible. And finally, the Volta electric spray head applies the adhesive with pinpoint accuracy - thanks to the high switching frequencies, it is also suitable for hotmelt stitching.
For simple applications with an adhesive requirement of up to 2.5 kg/h, the small Easy melter, which forms the EasyLine together with the Rio heated hose and the Twist application head, is sufficient. The functionalities of this new melter are limited to the minimum required, but there is no shortage of sophisticated details for a more efficient application. simple installation and quick maintenance has not been spared. Despite its simplicity and attractive price/performance ratio, the Easy adhesive melter delivers adhesive application quality in the usual Robatech quality.
Folding should be as precise as gluing. The PerfectFold liquid creaser, which visitors to the Specialist pack is as ingenious as it is simple. An application head applies a creasing fluid to the crease lines of a corrugated cardboard - similar to an adhesive application - so that the Blanks folded precisely and with little effort can be produced. Fold breaks, irregular gaps and fishtailing are now a thing of the past. Corrugated boxes creased with PerfectFold provide exact internal dimensions so that inserts can be fitted into folding boxes without any problems.
