Primera Technology, manufacturer of speciality printing systems, launches the LX1000e, a colour label printer developed for the production of extremely durable labels, especially for outdoor use. It is based on Primera's LX2000e colour label printer and, like its „big brother“, also uses pigment ink.
The LX1000e is designed as an entry-level model for industrial use and, according to the company, scores with the following features: Pigmented ink: The pigments contained in the ink enable a long shelf life and particularly high UV and water resistance. Primera's pigment ink also impresses with its excellent print quality. Low unit costs: Thanks to separate ink cartridges with large capacities for cyan, magenta, yellow and black, the consumption costs per label are kept extremely low. In fact, the printing costs per label are lower than with any other comparable printer in this price range. High printing speedThe LX1000e produces high-quality labels at a maximum print speed of up to 101 mm per second without compromising the high print quality and durability of the labels.

Variety of applications
There are many possible applications: The device from Primera Technology can be used, for example, to Labels for coffee, wine, pastries, confectionery, meat, cheese and many other specialities and gourmet products. Industrial applications include labels for product cartons, for safety and warning notices as well as for Kanban and inventory management. The LX1000e can also be used for Test marketing campaigns, in the Dprepress production and in the Retail trade can be used. In addition to the printer drivers for Windows 7/10, the scope of delivery also includes the Design software Bartender Ultralite and NiceLabel SE (both for Windows), with which you can design labels and insert barcodes, QR codes and other elements. Of course, any other graphics programme for Windows can also be used to design and print labels.
For all European devices, Primera Europe continues to offer a Warranty of 24 months on. This extended warranty includes the 12 months stipulated by law plus 12 additional months after product registration on the company website.
