Promotion of young companies - Anuga FoodTec 2021

The funding programme of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) will provide young innovative companies with funding at Anuga FoodTec 2021, 23 to 26 March, The company will once again have the opportunity to exhibit at the leading trade fair and thus take the chance to present itself to an international trade audience.

Anuga FoodTec is the world's leading supplier fair for the food and beverage industry - international market leaders and well-known companies from Germany and abroad use it as an exhibition platform for their products and services. [infotext icon]

1,657 suppliers from 48 countries took part in Anuga FoodTec 2018 (2015: 1,479), 60 per cent of them from abroad. More than 50,000 trade visitors from 152 countries used Anuga FoodTec for inspiration, information, networking and ordering activities. The world's largest supplier fair thus offers young companies the ideal platform to present their innovations to the food and beverage industry and make new contacts. [/infotext]

Conditions of participation

Companies based and operating in Germany that are no more than ten years old, have a maximum of 50 employees and an annual turnover of no more than 10 million euros are eligible to participate. In addition, the company must present „new product and process developments“ in order to receive funding.

Display

Interested companies can participate in the joint stand with a fully equipped 12 square metre stand. The BMWi will take over up to 60 per cent of the total costs of the trade fair presentation. Consulting or marketing companies, research providers or public companies are excluded.

Being there is easy

If the conditions for participation are met, interested companies can submit their Apply online at BAFA, Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (http://www.bafa.de). In the next step, the companies are called upon to http://www.anugafoodtec.de to register their participation in the trade fair. However, this only becomes effective once BAFA has confirmed eligibility for funding.
