Both the printable inner layer and the transparent outer sleeve made of pure PE are fully recyclable. The Outer layer can be removed without leaving any residue and does not enter the high-care work area. SepaFlex complies with food legislation for packaging materials (LFGB, FDA) and is suitable for all foods and additives. The high-care version is suitable for applications such as infant food and pharmaceutical precursors.
SepaFlex is available as Moulded Fill-Seal film or ready-made flat or gusseted sack available. Variants with an integrated venting system (PowFlex) are also available. are possible, as are single-layer FFS films with and without a deaeration system. These comply with LFGB/FDA requirements and can be custom-printed.
The SmartFlex stretch bonnet film offers secure protection against environmental influences for palletised goods during transport and storage. Bishop+Klein. Stretch bonnet films reduce resource consumption compared to heavy shrink films. The effective weight per packaging unit can be almost halved. As no energy is required for the shrinking process, energy consumption is also reduced.
