PulPac and Future Materials enter into strategic partnership

PulPac, provider of dry-moulded fibre technology, and the Swedish start-up Future Materials Sweden are entering into a strategic partnership to open up new market segments for fibre-based packaging solutions.

PulPac, provider of dry-moulded fibre technology, and the Swedish start-up Future Materials Sweden are entering into a strategic partnership to open up new market segments for fibre-based packaging solutions. 

Future Materials Sweden brings many years of experience in plastic injection moulding and toolmaking as well as entrepreneurial know-how to the cooperation. The collaboration is intended to bring PulPac's fibre technology to other applications and thus New fields of application for packaging based on renewable materials open up.

PulPac's patented dry-moulded fibre technology enables the production of high-performance, fibre-based packaging with a wide range of design options and low environmental impact. According to the company, it uses renewable raw materials and requires significantly less water and energy than conventional processes.
