With "Lola Dip-in", Quadpack is launching a mono-material packaging for liquid cosmetics manufactured entirely in Germany - with versatile applicators, sustainable PET and a wide range of design options for brands.
With „Lola Dip-in“, the cosmetics packaging specialist presents Quadpack a new generation of sustainable and user-friendly packaging solutions for liquid cosmetics. The system was developed at the company's German production facility in Kierspe, Sauerland. Lola combines an elegant look with technical sophistication and is aimed particularly at mass and niche brands.
The cylindrical bottle is made entirely of PET and is also optionally available with a high proportion of post-consumer recyclate (PCR). All components - including the TPE wiper - are fully recyclable and designed for oil-based formulations such as isododecane, which are often used in long-lasting cosmetics.
Customised applicators and click fastener
A key feature of the packaging is the combination of bottle and matching applicator, which is customised to the respective product texture and application. There is a choice of various exclusive applicators, some of which are patented, which are customised to the contours of the lips or face and enable precise and comfortable application. An audible click when closing the applicator indicates that the product is securely packaged - a function that is both practical and appealing to the senses.
„Lola“ is available in quantities of 6 and 6.5 ml and is suitable for lip colour, lip gloss, lip oil, but also for liquid blush, highlighter or concealer.
Focus on sustainability and design
Production in Germany not only enables short delivery times, but also improves the carbon footprint. For brands that value design, Lola also offers an exceptionally wide range of options: the packaging can be customised across the board and down to the last detail - for example, with full-surface hot foil stamping as an environmentally friendly alternative to metallisation or with decors that complement each other seamlessly when the bottle is closed.
Modular and brand-customised
Lola has a modular design for customised requirements. Both the wipers and the applicator tips can be customised - with manageable investment costs. While the PET bottle is manufactured in Germany, the upper part of the packaging is produced by a strategic partner in Asia - a model that enables rapid customisation while reducing the environmental impact.
