The company stands for the tray denesting systems Intray and Anytray and is now expanding its portfolio of tray loading systems with a new, innovative solution: the Qupaq Flex-Loader. For customers in the meat packaging industry, this combines all the functions of the previous models in terms of customisation options and speed: The Flex-Loader is characterised by a Combination of high-speed performance and modular flexibility which enables instant customisation of different tray and product types on the same product line. Key innovations and capacity maximisations include the elimination of gaps between trays and tray loading, creating a vacuum on a perforated belt. The result is faster and more controlled tray handling and positioning.
The new Qupaq Flex-Loader loads up to 300 products per minute while offering smooth transitions in tray type, product type and quantity. It demonstrates its versatility by in less than a minute and without mechanical changeover between different tray types (different sizes, materials and shapes) and product types such as minced meat or cold cuts. In addition, the modular design enables compact inline installation that can be adapted to any product line and smooth operation with all common types of tray feeding systems on the market.
