Staples Solutions is Europe's leading provider of products and services in the field of workplace equipment, office supplies and workplace hygiene. The scope of the Transaction comprises four brandsJPG, Mondoffice, Kalamazoo - market leader in the distribution of office supplies and furniture, and Bernard - market leader in hygiene products for companies.
This intended acquisition is part of the RAJA Group's strategy to Increase in sales, to expand the customer base and diversify the product range. Following the acquisition, the RAJA Group will be almost 3,000 employees and a Turnover of 1 billion euros achieve.
