Rajapack GmbH will be exhibiting at this year's LogiMAT for the sixth time. The German subsidiary of the RAJA Group, Europe's market leader in the B2B mail order sector for packaging solutions, will be presenting a selection of its product range and offering advice on all aspects of packaging, shipping, transport, storage and business equipment.
With a product selection of 7,000 items, Rajapack offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of packaging solutions on the market: from cartons and containers, postal packaging and shipping bags, packing, strapping and warning tapes, bags and padding materials to stretch films and pallets, warehouse and factory equipment and packaging machines. Just in time for LogiMAT, the product range was once again greatly expanded. For example, the range of Packaging machines extended.
„Every year, LogiMAT is a good opportunity for us to present our product range and innovations and introduce new developments,“ says Ralf Kreuzer, Sales Director at Rajapack.
New Air cushion machine
This year at LogiMAT, for example, the new AirMove² be tested, a Air cushion machine for packing stations with a packing requirement of 200 to 500 parcels per day, which can be ideally integrated into existing packing processes thanks to its compact size. For larger requirements, Rajapack offers the new pallet wrapper with turntable. This allows up to 400 pallets per day to be wrapped fully automatically. Thanks to remote control, the machine can be operated directly from the forklift truck, increasing productivity in the packing process.
The packaging specialist also offers a number of innovations in terms of increasing productivity and process optimisation: With the help of different variants of Roller conveyors can be integrated into existing packing stations Various components can be individually combined and thus optimally adapted to the respective requirements.
The new baling presses are an effective solution for efficient and environmentally friendly storage organisation for the economical and space-saving disposal of used packaging material. The waste is compacted by up to 95% and pressed into easily transportable, unmixed bales.
As an additional addition to the existing range, the occupational safety and hygiene area has been expanded: safety clothing such as disposable protective suits and hygienic equipment for businesses are now available from Rajapack.
