At Labelexpo Europe 2025, REA Elektronik will be demonstrating how printing presses can be made fit for new requirements efficiently and sustainably.
More and more packaging has individual or serialised print content. This poses challenges for traditional static printing. At Labelexpo Europe 2025, REA Elektronik will be demonstrating how print shops, contract packers and manufacturers can make their existing systems fit with modular coding systems - without high investments and with minimal changeover effort.
Customisation Suite for individual content
The highlight at the stand is the Customisation Suite software with flexible modules: The Promotion Module for database-supported codes and the Numbering Module for complex numbering. Visitors will experience live how REA Jet UP and REA Jet HR 2.0 in combination with the software and camera systems can precisely apply, check and document content for audits.

Combination of printing and testing technology
Integrated solutions that combine printing, code verification and data management are particularly in demand. One example: two REA Jet HR printing systems mark the front and back of labels, while a camera or REA verifier checks the quality - a technology that is becoming increasingly important in the pharmaceutical and luxury goods industries.
Quality assurance in the production environment
The REA Verifier with turntable enables fast, standard-compliant verification of 1D and 2D codes directly in production - even for small batch sizes or complex designs.

Label printing in colour and series
With the REA Label ColorJet 2, REA is also presenting a colour label printer for variable, high-quality 1:1 printing. It is suitable for small and medium-sized series up to 21 cm print width and replaces external label printing in many cases.
