At the Ipack Ima trade fair in Milan, Rovema will be exhibiting a vertical packaging machine from the BVC series specially designed for packaging coffee. The BVC 260 produces up to 70 stable coffee bags with flavour valve per minute.
With the BVC 260, Rovema is exhibiting a machine at Ipack Ima that processes ground coffee, coffee beans, agglomerated or freeze-dried coffee gently and accurately by weight. For coffee applications that require a degassing valve, the machine is with the particularly high-performance new valve applicator for button valves equipped.
In combination with a mono-PP packaging material, the BVC 260 thus achieves a Output of up to 70 bags per minute with a filling weight of 250 grams. Packaging materials from the flat film web are used, the flavour valve is attached in the roll carrier of the packaging machine and also offers flexibility at this point: the process enables an even wider sealing window, which can be adapted to the requirements of the respective packaging material and the selected button valve.
The machine can, depending on the valve or packing material, Equipped with both ultrasonic and heat sealing can be used. This means that an even greater selection of packaging materials and valves can be selected, allowing the packaging to be customised to the recycling specifications of the respective market, for example. It is also possible to switch to a different valve geometry or valve manufacturer by adapting the valve feed accordingly.
The machines process Recyclable mono-packaging materials based on PE or PP or classic composite packaging materials made of PET/ALU/PE.
