The new safety relay myPNOZ from automation expert Pilz has been honoured with a Red Dot Design Award in the „Industrial Equipment, Machinery and Automation“ category.

The innovative safety relay myPNOZ from automation expert Pilz has been honoured with a Red Dot Design Award in the „Industrial Equipment, Machinery and Automation“ category.

The myPNOZ safety relay monitors functions such as emergency stop, safety gates or two-hand control. The key feature of the modular safety relay is a new, digitally integrated process via an online tool: In the „myPNOZ Creator“, users can create, simulate and order their safety solution - the Creator puts together the ideal hardware as a customised solution. The user receives an individually assembled, adjusted and tested product ready for commissioning.

The Red Dot jury was impressed by the practical flexibility of the myPNOZ, which helps customers and users to find the Modular safety relays to specific requirements.

„The award-winning products are a testament to outstanding creativity. The fact that there are still designs that surprise in terms of form and functionality is truly impressive and commendable.“
