Following the agreement to change the shareholder structure of JM Holding GmbH and thus also of RENOLIT SE and RKW SE, the reorganisation process has now been completed. After the reorganisation of the company shares was contractually sealed last July, the Redistribution between the owner families came into force on 1 October 2019.
Upon completion of the reorganisation, the Fischer and Lang/Helms families took over all shares in JM Holding GmbH and thus also in RENOLIT SE, while the Müller and de Alvear families received 100 percent of the shares in RKW SE. The reorganisation necessary approvals from the relevant antitrust authorities were positive, as expected.
