Following the merger of the two brands „ratioform“ and „Kaiser+Kraft“ under the new „kaiserkraft“ brand, the company will be presenting itself to packaging experts for the first time at Fachpack as a competent and experienced partner for all packaging solutions.
This expertise is underpinned in particular by ratioform's more than 45 years of market experience and its established position on the German market. These include various sustainable packaging solutions as well as products that fulfil the Making the packaging process more efficient and sustainable. One highlight is a specially developed electric, infinitely height-adjustable packing table for ergonomic, fast, safe and flexible working.
Also presented is the BeeWrap+ L pallet wrapper, a semi-automatic pallet wrapper for mobile use and fast load securing. The self-propelled machine can be used exactly where it is needed, which is particularly advantageous for very heavy or oversized pallets. The stretch wrapper automatically recognises the height of the packaged goods and follows the contours using the built-in feeler wheel. The machine only requires a working radius of 1,150 millimetres. The stretch robot then wraps the packaged goods up to a height of 2,100 millimetres.
Visitors can also experience the FillPak Trident mini paper filling system at the kaiserkraft stand. This is a compact paper filling system for the production of triangular pads for cavity filling and for fixing goods in the outer carton. The patented triangular shape means that Save up to 25 per cent on filling material.
