After a break of several years, the Swiss supplier of adhesive application systems Robatech is back at Automatica. Various solutions for the gluing process in Industry 4.0 will be on display.
The point is that Adhesive systems can be integrated directly into machines, not only physically but also technically. This makes it possible to control the gluing components centrally via the Machine control and also access it remotely via smartphones or tablet PCs.
Another highlight for the Exhibition stand Robatech announces the RobaPUR 2 MOD„ adhesive melter“ on. It features melt-on-demand technology, is available in three versions and with numerous equipment options. The appliance can be refilled easily and without interrupting the system.
The Drum melter „RobaDrum 200“ will be on show at the trade fair. According to Robatech, it is particularly suitable for applications with high adhesive consumption due to its high melting rate and strong pump performance. The residue-optimised melting plate supports cost- and consumption-efficient production. The machine is operated via the intuitive, language-independent RobaVis„ touchscreen“.
