Rose Systemtechnik recently acquired CRE Rösler Electronic GmbH. As a result, the former enclosure specialist has expanded its product range. At SPS 2019, the supplier from Porta Westfalica will also be showcasing panel PCs, embedded PCs and industrial monitors as well as customised HMI complete solutions for the first time. Enclosure solutions will also be on show.
At the SPS 2019 Rose complete Panel PCs, consisting of an enclosure, support arm system and an industrial PC. Customised solutions are also available for the Packaging machine construction to see. One of Rose's latest products in this area is the rotary tilt coupling for flat control enclosures and panel PCs. It combines a Tilt adapter, one Flat control adapter and a Swivel clutch in a single visually appealing component with a large wiring opening. It can carry loads of up to 25 kilograms.
„Commander SL 4000“ as a modular HMI housing system
Rose is also presenting the tried and tested Control housing „Commander SL 4000“ for connection to machines or systems. Rose Systemtechnik praises the housing as one of the most modular Complete HMI systems on. It is manufactured in 18 different variants with installation depths from 55 to 270 millimetres. Displays, controls, buttons or membrane keypads can be integrated into the enclosure via the front panel. Additional components such as interface inserts can be installed via the side profiles and the rear panel.
According to the manufacturer, another highlight at the SPS is the new ROSE modular system (RMS): It consists of a basic base part that is available in 25 sizes and Five installation depths and allows countless possible combinations. Users can easily configure their customised stainless steel industrial enclosure with the RMS. The lower part of the enclosure has also been slightly modified compared to the previous stainless steel enclosures so that designers now have the largest possible installation space at their disposal.
