Royal Geostick, a leading label manufacturer in Europe, has invested in a new flexo printing press, the Bobst Master M5. This press is specifically designed for the production of large runs of multi-layer labels, which are increasingly in demand by the market. Equipped with twelve flexo printing units, it makes it possible to produce medium to large runs efficiently and sustainably.
The new machine will be installed at Royal Geostick’s facility in Uithoorn, the Netherlands, and is expected to significantly increase production capacity. The investment is part of a long-term collaboration between Royal Geostick and Bobst, which already encompasses several machines from the All-in-One Digital Master platform.
Advantages of the Bobst Master M5
The Bobst Master M5 offers exceptional print quality and a high degree of automation. It is equipped with a module for QN booklet labels, enabling the production of highly specialised multi-layer labels in a single machine pass. Integration with Bobst Connect allows for seamless data flow throughout the entire production process, increasing production reliability and efficiency.
Cees Schouten, COO of Royal Geostick, emphasises the importance of this investment: „The installation of the new Master M5 is another important step in the development of our company.
