Royal Vaassen Flexible Packaging from the Netherlands has leased over 13,000 square metres in the Polish logistics park Hillwood Oleśnica.
Royal Vaassen Flexible Packaging has been on the market since 1867 and is one of the leading manufacturers of flexible packaging materials. Its portfolio includes aluminium, PET and paper solutions for the food, industrial and tobacco sectors.
Royal Vaassen is reportedly moving into around 13,000 square metres of warehouse space and around 600 square metres of office space in Oleśnica. The letting was accompanied by property consultants Axi Immo. The new lease agreement means that the Hillwood Oleśnica logistics park is now fully utilised.
