RFID specialist Schreiner ProTech will be showcasing intelligent solutions for logistics at the AIM joint stand at LogiMAT - from the secure protection of sensitive information to the optimisation of complex logistics processes.
The trade fair presentation will focus on the Robust RFID technology developed in-house for demanding applications where conventional labels reach their limits. For example, it is perfect for the labelling of containers because impacts or other mechanical stresses can do little harm to the robust RFID label and its functionality.
The company has upgraded its RFID portfolio, for example the RFID-DistaFerr family, to the latest chip generation. For customers, this means improved performance and data security, while they can continue to rely on the special properties of the labels - whether for use on metal, glass, ESD and reusable transport containers, for precise bulk detection and optimised empties management in real time or as an essential component in the track-and-trace system.
Security and integrity are two crucial elements, especially when it comes to RFID applications. Schreiner ProTech not only supports customers in the selection and integration of suitable, secure RFID chips and the appropriate encrypted programming, but also ensures end-to-end security throughout the entire production process. With the Hardware Security Module (HSM) sensitive data protected from unauthorised access at all times. HSMs offer protection against attacks and ensure the secure generation, management and transmission of cryptographic keys. In addition to ISO 14298-certified security production and a Tisax assessment („Result Available“, Level 2), this additional level of security ensures that the confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of the RFID solution is maintained at every stage.
As a member of the industry association AIM, Schreiner ProTech wants to contribute to this, forward-looking solutions in the field of RFID and Auto-ID to push ahead.
