As a highlight at Anuga FoodTec 2022, packaging machine manufacturer Schubert will be presenting the Partbox, its new, in-house developed 3D printer for printing format and spare parts, for the first time.
The company will also be exhibiting a Lightline Cartonpacker at the trade fair, which packs grated cheese bags into cartons on site. The cartons are erected in the machine and filled with the bags. Thanks to the two cut-to-size magazines, it is possible to Pack bags in two different types of cardboard boxes. A GS.Gate enables secure access to machine and production data.

Digital data as the basis for new service

At the trade fair, the Schubert team will therefore its new digital care services which can be used to optimise packaging processes in order to save resources and costs.
New 3D printer presented for the first time
Presented in Cologne Schubert Additive Solutions a new development. Via the Schubert subsidiary's virtual web platform, manufacturers can already produce plastic parts in their own production facilities using 3D printing. Schubert Additive Solutions has now developed a high-quality 3D printer for this purpose, which is connected to the platform via LTE and ensures optimum printing results.
