The packaging group Sealed Air is now called SEE. The renaming is intended to reinvent the company and emphasise the move from a product-oriented to a market-oriented company.
Sealed Air has transferred its traditional brands into the corporate framework of SEE and wants to develop further as a market-orientated, customer-focused and solution-oriented company. SEE works with customers to develop packaging solutions that integrate automation, digitalisation and environmental protection to create significant added value for them.
SEE's growth and earnings performance has increased significantly and sustainably over the past five years on the basis of the SEE operating model and the positive SEE operating processes.
Ted Doheny, President and CEO, commented on the renaming to SEE as follows: „We are relentlessly reinventing SEE and moving from a product-orientated to a world-class market-orientated company, which focuses on automation as well as digital and environmentally friendly packaging solutions. SEE makes the vision of future packaging a reality and we expect this to improve our position in the market.“
SEE's new logo is a visual representation of the next stage of the company's reorganisation. According to the company, the three crescents that make up the circle stand for automation, digitalisation and packaging. The complete circle symbolises SEE's targeted commitment to environmental friendliness and the circular economy.
