Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann is further expanding its customer presentation and consulting services. On 1 February 2026, the company will take over a neighbouring building in Aalen, which was previously used as a supermarket, and will open a new showroom there following extensive renovation work. The aim is to create additional opportunities for the practical presentation of machines and equipment.

The new showroom complements Seydelmann's existing customer centre and is designed to enable interested parties to directly compare different machines and models. Both new machines and demonstration machines, young used machines and refurbished systems will be on display. According to the company, the aim is to present the quality of new and used machines in a transparent manner.

Focus on value retention and alternatives to new investments

Seydelmann emphasises the high value retention of its machines, which is reflected in their longevity and comparatively low depreciation. In addition to new machines, numerous used machines are therefore available, including lease returns, which are offered as an economical alternative to new investments. The company also offers leasing and financing solutions for new, demo and reconditioned machines.

Refurbished machines with new machine standard

According to Seydelmann, reconditioned machines are technically brought up to the standard of new machines. Reconditioning only begins after the order has been received so that individual customer requirements can be taken into account. After complete disassembly, inspection, replacement of safety-relevant and worn components and a final test run, the machines are given a new year of manufacture and a customised warranty.

Investments in production and processes

Alongside the opening of the new showroom, Seydelmann is pushing ahead with another investment project. With the construction of a new surface grinding shop, the company aims to further expand vertical integration, increase quality and simplify internal processes through shorter distances. Against the backdrop of a successful 2025 financial year, Seydelmann is thus focussing on targeted investments to further strengthen production capacities and customer orientation.
