Customers benefit from an additional 24/7 service offerParcels from several parcel services (UPS, DPD, GLS and FedEx) can be collected, returned or sent contactlessly, conveniently and time-savingly while refuelling, shopping, washing the car or taking a coffee break.
„This collaboration is a prime example of how mobility, retail and logistics are growing together. With our parcel stations, we are jointly creating places that offer people real added value - safely, digitally and with low emissions. Together with Shell, we share the ambition of bringing smart services to exactly where people are travelling: to the hubs of urban mobility.“

According to an InPost study (2019), 16 per cent of people who collect their parcels do so exclusively for the parcel service.
